PALMS features crystal clear User Dashboard for Alerts and To Do Tasks comboined with the User's configured Agency Key Performance Widgets and Stats

Click on Alerts from the Tool Bar, or directly view all Alerts from the Dashboard Menu

Directly below Alerts is the User's Tasks or "To Do" items for the day

PALMS features Key Performance Statistic Widgets, these are customized per User and are located directly below the User's Tasjs Monitor.

Editing, Modifing or Configuring a widget just "one click" on the widget itself.
